Graphites, Silica and Sulphur are homeopathic remedies that are widely used for treating skin conditions.

The contents of the Sal Balance Cream are: aqueous cream base, 2% Salicylic acid, Balance Essence, Tea Tree oil (2.5ml), Carbon Silica and Sulphur.

Sal Balance Cream is not recommended for use in children. It can be applied 2-3 times daily for up to 4-7 days, or longer if recommended by your health practitioner.
