As used after the Christchurch Earthquakes

These sets contain my favourite flower essences. Since the earthquakes, when I haven’t always had access to my flower essence kits, I have often used these sets as my default flower essence combinations. My guidance is that the body’s energy system resonates with the essences that it could benefit from, and does not recognise the ones that it does not need.

• The components of Set 3 are: Orchids of Machu Picchu (Star Essences).
• The components of Set 4 are: early Spring Essences (Christchurch Flower Essences).
• The components of Set 5 are: Yarrows (Flower Essence Services), Calming and Clarity (Mt Shasta Support Essences), Bud Essence (Glastonbury), and Rescue Remedy and Relief Essence.

The usual dose is 4 drops 4 times a day, or as directed.
