Flower Essences are designed to help cope with stress. They do not directly treat illness, but can help with stabilising emotional and mental states.
The thirty-eight flower remedies discovered by Dr Bach have been used to restore emotional and psychological equilibrium to individuals during periods of both mild and major stress.
These are listed under the headings of: Fear, Uncertainty, Insufficient interest in present circumstances, Loneliness, Oversensitivity to influences and ideas, Despondency and despair, and Overcare for the welfare of others.
Alaskan Essences (Healing from the heart of nature). The Alaskan Flower Essence Project creates highest quality vibrational essences that provide healing for the stresses of today’s lifestyle. Through the use of these essences we can awaken and develop our ability to handle continual change and transformation.

The Christchurch Flower Essences were made by Wendy Rose Isbell (Rosie), to capture the healing properties of the flowers and gardens of Christchurch, New Zealand.
They are not just for use in Christchurch, though, as she was very aware of their future use throughout New Zealand, and around the world.
Interestingly, the Mother Essences have been through all the earthquake experiences and recovery, and are taking on a new dimension, as they reflect the higher Light that is pouring in to ChristChurch.
