She brings these through as she combines the different modalities in an optimal way for your healing session.

She invokes her own guides and teachers, and yours, to help direct the session, and uses Divine Love petitions.

Crystals may be placed on chakra points. Chakra oils and AmaRosa anointing oils may be used. Essences are often used, especially the Christchurch, Star, Sunny Dawn and Love’s Blessing Essences.

Sound plays a big part, with toning and light language, and music with medicine drums, bells and crystal bowls.

The session may also include physical modalities such as point holding, and reflexology.
