Two new Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation courses starting soon in Christchurch. Suitable for absolute beginners, mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It also helps to increase self-awareness and self-acceptance. Facilitated by the wonderful Lin Ong.
Courses are non-religious and have a practical focus. The course is $95 which includes all 4 classes, a 45 page workbook and downloadable/streamable guided mindfulness meditations.
